Return Policy & The Bug-Free Guarantee™

At Pestie, we do everything we can to ensure you’re happy with your purchase and provide effective pest control, but we know that sometimes products don’t meet expectations. We’ve made our return policy as easy as possible.

Return/refund policy for one-time purchases

If your Pestie kit is unopened and unused and you’d like to return it, send us an email at hello@pestie.com within 30 days. We will send you instructions on how to send it back to us we will process a refund of receipt.

If you’ve applied Pestie and aren’t getting the results you expected, we offer many solutions to help get rid of the pests. Start by emailing hello@pestie.com, and an agent will help offer solutions to meet your expectations and get rid of pests, including potentially sending no-cost alternative applications kits or separate instructions. If other options have been exhausted and the product is still not meeting expectations, Pestie may offer a refund at their discretion.

After 45 days on one-time purchases, we no longer guarantee the efficacy of Pestie or offer refunds. If you’d like a longer guarantee period, consider a Pestie subscription which guarantees efficacy throughout the subscription.

Return/refund policy for Pestie subscriptions

Pestie subscriptions include the Pestie Promise, guaranteeing your satisfaction with the product. While no pest control formula can be 100% effective, if Pestie is not making a substantial difference in the amount of pests inside your home, contact us at hello@pestie.com. Our agents will help offer solutions to get rid of the pests, including but not limited to sending no-cost alternative application kits, modified application instructions, or possible refunds. If we’re unable to help with your pest problem after chatting with an agent and trying alternate solutions provided by Pestie, we will offer refunds in most cases.

Subscriptions can be cancelled at any time through the “Manage Account” link on pestie.com. If you’d like a prorated refund on a subscription, contact Pestie’s support team and we can get you taken care of.

Late or missing refunds (if applicable)

After you’ve been refunded, you should get an email confirming the refund amount. If you haven’t received the email after 2-3 days, please contact Pestie support. After receiving the email, if you don’t see the refund reflected in your bank account in 2-3 days, first check your bank account again. Then contact your credit card company, it may take some time before your refund is officially posted. Next contact your bank. There is often some processing time before a refund is posted. If you’ve done all of this and you still have not received your refund yet, please contact us at hello@pestie.com.
